Purchased at discount at time of new computer purchase. I'm happy I did. Needed for work done at home.

Pros: -It comes with Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote -None of the above have crashed while using them; they're pretty stable Cons: -They removed the Audio Record feature from Word which sucks! I used it on the old Office Suite in class to record lectures and it worked wonderfully because I could record and take notes all in one place at the same time. Now I have to use an external recorder. -Actually setting it up was a pain in the neck. I entered the product key and it didn't work. I had to call 2 different numbers (first one was outsourced to India and the lady couldn't understand the problem so she gave me another number to call during business hours) and wait until business hours to get someone on the phone to help me. Between trying to install it myself, calling Best Buy, calling Microsoft, and trying to get help through their Chat feature until business hours resumed, the whole process took about 4 hours just to install. TIP: If you buy it in store, have Best Buy staff help you install it. That way you don't have to deal with a runaround between Microsoft telling you your product key is invalid and Best Buy telling you the issue is with Microsoft! NOTE: I would only recommend if you are used to Microsoft Word and use it primarily for school papers.

I love the fact that I got this product for life, nothing but good things to say about this product!

Work the same as the old model.,which I expected. I will try to use number and pages to see how I like them.

This is the second MacBook that I have purchased. I love this one even more that the first one.

Used it with Windows. Wish it would come pre-loaded with the Mac but, for less than $100, can't complain

This is Microsoft. It does what you would expect and does it well. It's a necessary product, but I haven't discovered any features that wow me.

Having a permanent Microsoft addition to my computer is very useful. Great for getting work done!

It has the best programs and it work great what I love to do for my projects and business

Compared to all older versions not much new. Just another way for Microsoft to make more money
