Word for Mac

I had a problem trying to upload the software due to my previous account. I contacted online support, and they wanted me to allow them access to my computer. I denied them for obvious reasons. Eventually I was able to get it uploaded but it was a hassle. I haven't used the software much so I can't give any significant input on that yet. I wish there was an option for a hard copy.

works ok, but not perfect

So far, mostly using word. Not impressed. It hung for a few times, and lost my files (somehow the program decided to delete my files, and I can't find any backup). Looking like it may be a problem with 2016 version. Anyway, make sure you turn on all the backup options.
