We went to our local Best Buy and purchased Microsoft office. It really seems to work well with the Mac operating system. I'm glad it did because my wife love Apple products, but she need Microsoft office because her practice uses Microsoft office and she needed to be able access and use files.

I'm happy with my product but not with Best Buy

Good solution for the computer

I asked about Geek Squad install but was told they were too busy and I would need to come back with an appointment in two days or so if I could not get it installed myself. I worked with Apple directly and completed the install. The product was good. I knew what I wanted when I went to the store, but next time I will seriously consider buying on line because the in store support was not so good.

Watch which version you buy

I was lucky enough the manger at Best Buy understood the sales person sold me the wrong one. He let me bring it back for the correction. I give BB good customer service for that one. Originally had gone to the Microsoft site becuase it forced me to do an update and that was a nightmere. Sometimes online buys are not that good, I would rather buy from a store still and deal with someone in person
