Office used to come with a new pc

When I had to buy a new pc, nobody told me it didn't. I paid $35 pc setup fee. Assumed when I got it home, I'd have office, everything set up. Seems I paid $35 for nothing. Had to unplug pc, go back and pay another $150 to get Office. Just wasn't explained when I bought new pc. Seemed all they were interested in was trying to sell me a $200/yr maintenance plan.

This is the second time I have purchased the Digital download and the second time I have had issues downloading the software. Both times it tells me that I have already used the 25 Character license key. When I call customer service, they could not help me. I had to spend lots of time getting the software downloaded. I do not like the digital download or Best Buy's customer service.
