It is different from Windows 7, but getting use to it. Windows 7 is more user friendly on changing screen savers.

Good starter system to install in my laptop. There are more to learn to maximize the use of the features in the system but like the ease to use already.

The Digital download is not something I prefer. This is the second time I have purchased the Digital download and the second time I have had issues downloading the software. Both times it tells me that I have already used the 25 Character license key. When I call customer service, they could not help me. I had to spend lots of time getting the software downloaded. I do not like the digital download or Best Buy's customer service.

We have only used this Office program a few times, but have so far found it to be all we hoped for. Wish we could put it on more than one computer for the price, though.
