When I brought my computer back home I couldn't print anything from my computer so I called for tech support and went through 3 techs when i finally had to carry my computer and printer into the store. The Geek Squad at the store had my systems for a week and when I finally got my computer and printer back the guys literally removed Office 2019 w/o my permission and reinstalled Office 2013 and returned my equipment with the same info that I brought it in with. I am not happy with the staff at the Scranton store. I don't want to use the Geeks ever again. I believe them to be very incompetent and untrustworthy. Showed the lack of professionalism.
