    Good product. A little pricey. Does not transfer to another device even if your laptop is replaced from Apple. Lifetime use of Microsoft is worth it for $129

    Since my store was out of physical products, I downloaded the program. The download went flawlessly and the product worked fine. However, I did have an issue with Microsoft itself. After 2 days, they announced they had a problem with my account, and things went sideways. Had I been hacked? Did I have a virus? Trying to reach Microsoft to see if it was really them was nigh unto impossible. I did finally get their attention somehow, and they eventually sent me a solution. All seems well now.

    I'd been using an alternative to MS Office products for the past several years, Their advantage was avoiding the 365 product billing that Microsoft was doing before. But I returned to Microsoft because they offered again a product without yearly renewal required and without the constant in-product ads that were so present in their competitor's less expensive product. (Although some MS components may allow a lot of ads.) Word and Excel still have the same look and feel for the features I use most and that makes me feel at home with the programs.
