    Purchased this online and got into so much drama! Scratched off the code and it did not work. Called up Best Buy for support and they passed me on to Microsoft. I was back and forth with Microsoft and they still could not figure out why it would not work. After almost a month, I took it in to a Best Buy store to return. They figured out that the online shipment process was not done correctly. They did not activate the card prior to shipping. UGH!

  • No Directuons with Installation

    I am having problems using this. I had Geek Squad install it and remove Office 10 in the store. I was told it works the same as Word 10 but it does not. I didn't get any directions. Right now Office 365 is pretty useless to me. I can't save things in my old files. I will have to go back to Geek Squad for an inservice about how to use this.

    I paid for this and wasn’t able to download it. When I had a friend help me it said that the code had already been used and so I couldn’t download it. I tried to reach Microsoft tech support but it was impossible to get anyone on the phone and the computer help was not helpful. Bottom line: I got nothing for the money I spent so I’m using the pages app that came with my MacBook Air. I will never ever ever purchase anything from Microsoft again
