    I prefer office home and student 2013! This one is automatically connected to the one-drive cloud which I hate! It also has many invasive pop ups that I find irritating! It also seems to take longer to navigate. I just want a simple old fashioned office so that I can type letters and do business! I believe they have made this more complicated then it needs to be!

    Bought the software and had a problem downloading. I can not find a person to help with the installation. Lots of artificial bots but no people. Thanks Microsoft for not supporting your product.

    It's annoying that the only way to upgrade Office is through this renewal format. I want a CD! Plus it's only good for a year. I followed directions and thought I would no longer get expiration notices. It worked the first day, but the next the notice returned. Very frustrating.
