    I had problems down loading the software. I was returning it. The gentleman who works in the computer area had me bring my computer in. He hooked it to a monitor and show me how to down load it. He was very helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and gave lot of helpful tips to my husband and I. I can not remember his name but maybe he will remember us.

    Microsoft Office has become pricey over the years. I'm disappointed that this purchase is only the 2019 version. I'm not sure if I like everything going to Microsoft 365 and having to pay a yearly subscription fee. Microsoft needs to do better. You shouldn't have to pay a yearly subscription fee for the basic necessities of Word and Excel. Otherwise, the product works as described.
