    Found technicians to be helpful, and pleasant. However, not able to resolve my issue remotely. Could not get a Thursday appointment at my local Best Buy so I went to one an hour away as I was told the issue could be resolved while I waited. Once there I was told I had to leave my devise. I couldn't because I needed it the next day for work. This was not typical of my past experiences but had not used the service in the past two years. It was frustrating.
