    When will MS include all the patches and updates in the Office version available for download online? It's frustrating to complete the loading of the software only to find there are a dozen updates that also need to be downloaded. It would also make the process more efficient to organize the various updates based on dependencies. Finding a download failed because the service pack is farther down the list wastes time and burns up usage.
