I've always have had MS word so very comfortable with it,

After stalling for years, I'm finally coming out of the dark ages and migrating from Lotus office products which I love (but which haven't been updated in close to 20 years), to MS Office. I am impressed with MS Excel which I find as easy to use as Lotus 123, but I find MS Word significantly more cumbersome to use than Lotus WordPro---not that it matters. This is a necessary migration.

I have use many Versions of Microsoft Office over the years and have Never Been Dissapointed. It was a must have when I was working and now being retired I use it for all my Banking and letter writing. There have been a few changes but I have been able to adapt. Probably One Of the Best Programs ever developed and updated.

Wife picked the computer out online and picked up in store after having every thing loaded and reinstalled from old hard drive. We are very happy with the purchase and the customer support from Best Buy which is our go to place for any electronics or appliances. PS, love the Geek Squad

I highly recommend this product. The cost is one time and the features/use permanently belong to you. Other product option choices nclude paying every 12 months for continued use of the the same... Why 'rent' when you can 'own' for one purchase cost, not much more than 1 'rental ' payment that drags on year after year!

Love this item. I have not updated since the 2010 version and was so in need of an upgrade. This was my birthday present to myself this year, and I certainly do not regret the spend. The productivity of this product has been increased ten fold. I love my new Microsoft Office!

Works great . Installed on one computer and had to return that machine for another one. Once I got the new computer going and logged in with my Microsoft ID office was loaded on there without me having to renter all the credentials like the first time . Pretty seamless . It’s office . We all need it

Software is great. Even has Access. Works grwwat. I decided to make a one time purchase rather than continuing to pay a monthly fee to Microsoft for just Excel. However, If you do this, make sure you know when your monthly "contract" expires. Microsoft would not cancel my monthly fee even though I purchased the software.

The GEEK squad installed Microsoft Office 2019 suite on our new laptop, The install and service was great. The turnaround time was exceeded and the work was done very well. The applications loaded work well and the whole process was very efficient. Good job Geek Squad!

I purchased this software to install on anew pc. I had no trouble with the install; simply follow the instructions on the back of the card. I only use Word and Excel, and the integrated well with the older version. I have no problem with editing files using the old version. Great purchase for my needs.

Comes with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note. Does not come with Outlook (Email). Good for any student or typical (non-business) user. Bought online code and downloaded it via website. Easy to install and one time purchase saves money in the long run. I highly recommend this.

The product key does everything its suppose to do and then some. Only if the pricing of the product was different. See, I had a choice of buying the product for roughly $100, or getting a subscription (yearly) for $100. Why would anyone want to subscribe to this; your losing money the subscription. No advantage; poor marketing

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro, which does not include the Microsoft Office software. I went to Best Buy and purchased a downloadable version of the software. It could not have been easier. Also, the service was excellent; the salesperson who helped me was friendly and informative. All in all, it was a good experience.

Well, it's a good product. But I was hoping for more than one computer license. Apparently, those don't exist (anymore). MS Access was in the download, but does not work unless purchased and activated. No idea why it came that way. Better than Office 2016, which had conflicts with some computers (including mine) that made it crash.

This only includes Word, PowerPoint, and Excel but these are the main programs you normally need. Plus, it provides you lifetime ownership without having to renew your subscription each year. As long as you do not need other Microsoft applications or the OneDrive storage, this is definitely the choice with the best value!

Was very used to the old version where you don't need to renew every year. I have to say I like how I can access my document everywhere, and you get to co-author with other people. It is just a great tool to have for work. I don't think I can go back to the old version to be honest.

Reasonable price and easy to install. Easy to navigate in it.
