Great product for someone starting out..very easy to use

Love this product. Had Microsoft works which did not have all the functions I was familiar with. Bought this instead of having to pay every year for use of the programs. Thanks to the Geek squad squad installing for us.

The piece of equipment was very user friendly in my experience!

Last time I purchased MS Office was about 5 years ago and it took a lot of time to load. This latest version loaded quickly with a concise tour of the apps. Existing files open easily and saving is a breeze.

The Office Home and School addition is prefect for a collage student and a better value than the annual subscription to Office 365. Check the version when you purchase, we did not realize it was 2019.

great item, I did not get the subscription, just pd. 1 time fee, does great, word, office, excel, etc., does what it is suppose to do, easy to download-just takes some time, wish it was for more than 1 device

This is a excellent product to load on the computer. I opted out of online subscription to save and prefers the desktop option for more connivence. Excellent product and I would highly recommend it.

Office is essential to have and getting a surprise laptop gift for the upcoming school year, was needed to complete the tech. Being able to use my Total Tech Support service was an added bonus.

Office Home & Student has been a life saver! Has helped my family stay organized and get paperwork done faster and easier. Used to help get my paperwork ready to submit for taxes and with business as well.

This product was probably ok but it did not work on my iPad because it was not an IOS platform. Best Buy was great on the exchange and set me up with Microsoft 365 Personal for a year.

Totally worth the package deal for a lifetime program...can not beat the price and what you receive. Everyone needs these programs to start and exceed and could not pass the bargain with sale /deal price

I always come to Geek Squad when I get a new computer. They set it up with all I need so I hardly know I have a new computer (except it now works). Just opened it up and proceeded as usual

Have to buy a separate license for Office now. That was a surprise. Perhaps it has been a while since we bought a new computer. Besides that surprise, Office is what it is. Need it for the computer.

This is the way that I prefer to have MS office. I do not need to pay monthly for it, although I works on one computer only. It has all the programs that I need, and they are all updated regularly by MS.

It is Microsoft office but was at a killer, Black Friday price. Since it is now in the cloud, you can move it from one computer to another if needed, which is beneficial if you change computers.

I brought in my computer for repairs. You recommended I do a back up. I did not have a key card. So I purchased that day and you geek squad did the rest. Now I can do a back up whenever I need to.

I need Microsoft Word and Excel for so many different purposes. It's great that I still get to enjoy a brand new iMac while still having access to the familiar Word and Excel
