New computer, new Microsoft office, same results. Everything works fine and keeps me and my finances organized.

Returned and bought 365 Decided the 365 was a better choice as I am hoping to get a new laptop soon.

I encountered the following glitch: the product does not include Outlook which I had to add during device setup.

We had a little trouble installing this software ourselves. Geek Squad helped and all is good.

Love the Microsoft Office, Home & Student. It's helping me to prepare a PowerPoint presentation. Very user friendly.

Downloaded easily, they tell me I don't get updates but that is okay, it's word processing. No more sneaky renewals!

So glad I purchased this software, coincidentally a week after my purchase and install, wind 365 went down for a day.

Best Buy asked me to review this twice - have no idea why. Bought it for grandson collage work. Good for that.

The item works as it should easy set up. It’s a necessity to be able to do almost anything on the computer.

Every computer I've ever owned has already had Office installed. I much prefer Microsoft Office products to their Google counterparts. I ABSOLUTELY HATE that they've gone to a subscription format. I bought the student version so as to avoid subscribing, and it was a PITA to install, and it still doesn't want to communicate with my brand new printer (everything else connects to the printer fine) that it shouldn't have problems connecting to. Because it's a Microsoft software product, it falls outside the purview of Best Buy's Total Tech Support.

I hated the subscription Microsoft office. This allows me to have Word, Exel, PowerPoint forever.

Works great and not too difficult to figure it out. Documents can be matin many different fonts and print sizes.

Happy with the product. Not happy with trying to install. Got message that required me to call Microsoft and they just kept trying to sell me stuff. Hung up and figured out how to do it myself.

Use it every day. Would not even think of "renting" Office 365,

Easy to install and convenient much cheaper than any other sites at the time of purchase. It was a Best Buy!

Bill Gates knew what he was doing and how to please users when he created Microsoft Office a long time ago!!!

Nice to have office on my home computer. Able to develop documents and spreadsheets and share with family.

Love that I have the programs I may need. Since it was on sale it was a no brained to just buy it out right.

Once again another great and easy to use product. I love how the home office software is easy to maneuver
