I bought a new laptop and had Office Home and Student installed, and had nothing but trouble. After the Geek Squad at Best Buy couldn't get it to work right, I called Microsoft directly, and they finally determined there was a flaw in the download. They couldn't identify it or fix it, but I spent 90 minutes on the phone to learn that. What's worse, is Microsoft admitted the problem was with their product BUT would not replace it or give me a refund. I was stuck with a laptop on which I could ONLY access One Drive and couldn't use Word or Excel independently. It also would not allow me to change my default browser. After SEVEN visits to the Geek Squad over a period of four days, I returned the laptop and got a refund. BUT I could NOT get a refund or replacement for the defective Office program. Lost the full price of the program.

Outlook 2016 was far better. This version does not have the easy file folder use that 2016 had. Really sorry I could not transfer Outlook 2016 from the computer that died.

Best Buy in North Central Expressway, Plano, Texas has good collection of Digital Products. But the Employees or Sales Person have a very condescending way of treating customers. For assistance, we need to ask the laptop section sales person 3-4 times, before he responds something to Us. Though we were discussing regarding the product to the employee, the moment some other new customers walked over, he totally omitted like as though we were not even present there.

I don't like this version of Office at all. Sorry I bought it. Reinstalled my older version back onto my computer. Can't even figure out how to use this never version.

Still not used. Think I will return the license. If you don't do a lot of work on office, just use the online cloud version.

Dont buy the downloadable version. (Its only good if you have windows 10 and you cant exchange it for the card version and bc Geek Squad is horrible online) This is my 2nd wk trying to get through..Im going to have to go to the store to get some. Why create "elite membership" if your treated like a bum and after you spend thousands of dollars with a company..Outrageous

MS makes me angry with the subscriptions. This should be a full one time install with all apps. They have you over a barrel

Got home and installed the card well after was a glitch and I had to do a reset in the computer the Microsoft office card didn’t work . I had to buy it again in line through Apple store so I would have it and at least then could be pulled from cloud if issue occurs
