I'm just not a fan of subscription priced software, so even though I probably miss out on features/updates, I don't care that much. I'm not an office power user, so I've never had a need that wasn't covered with this product.

I bought a new Computer and bought the Office Home & Student apps installed. I have not had a chance to use it because I've had my computer for a short time but I'm sure It will be fine. I had the Geek Squad install it for me so, if I have a problems I'll go to them.

I used the special features of Word to write letters or memos. Excel is a nice feature to keep track of medication record etc. and PowerPoint was handy for presentations. With Retirement now PowerPoint is resting for now, but it’s nice to know , I have if I need it!

As expected. Total Tech support had to assist after Windows did an update and I lost my previous office. They had to escalate up to higher tech guy but he was able to remove what remained on my computer and install this new one.

I write for a living but have a terrible time with commas. This program is excellent in comma usage. I've always used Word. I'm not sure if this is an upgrade or not, but I feel it's better than the previous Word programs. For me, it was well worth the price!

This product is a permanent purchase.... according to the listing when you try to buy it online it says you have to pay this amount every year. Which is not the case. My product key was moody. I had to call and ave help installing it from Microsoft. Not sure why.

I use three office programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, I don't use all the additional programs that come with Office 365; Office H&S meets my needs, in a non-subscription format that will not cost me an arm and a leg over the next 7 to 8 years. On a down side, it automatically downloads One-Drive, which then automatically re-arranges all your file and photos into a One Drive folder and starts uploading to the cloud. I was able to stop this whole process but getting my files back out of the One Drive folder into their original folders proved to be a time consuming bugger. If you opt to use One Drive (and I appreciate its convenience for those who use multiple devices) and need more than 25GB of storage, One Drive will cost you an additional monthly fee in addition to the annual subscription fee for Office 365. If I did have multiple devices, I'd opt to use my portable WD backup.

This product will be most useful to us. We don't do a lot of typing but wanted a program that we could use when necessary. I especially want to be able to do mailing labels and return address labels--like for Christmas cards.

There was an installment issue needed to call help number turned out to direct call to scammer. I figured that out after the fact called Geek squad they fixed the system. Nothing wrong with program but if help is needed just be careful on what phone # is used.

Excellent software, so glad it’s compatible with Mac. You’d be hard up if you had to use Numbers and Pages for everything. Not that they’re bad software; it just seems like everyone still uses Office products.

I always recommend this version of Microsoft Office. Most users will never use more programs then what is included in this version. This is a one time fee that will never expire. If you purchase Office 365, you will be charged per year every year.

Purchased the new version "Office Home & Student 2019" (old version I had was 2007) for new laptop. I use Powerpoint, Word and Excel all the time so it was necessary to add this to my new computer. A must have so I'm happy to continue to do what I need to do.

the young man knew right where to go to get the "Office Home & Student 2019" for me. I am somewhat handicapped and I really appreciated the fact that I didn't have to walk all the way to get the necessary product.

When I am doing work for the house - monthly budget, list for the grocery store, trip prep list or any other things you may want to do, I am not performing anything complicated... so Excel and Word work just fine for me.. this was all that I needed.

Student software is must while in college and especially being a teacher. It's now in a digital format and good for only one use. Its pricey but worth it. It makes life so much easier. I recommend buying it when you purchase a laptop or computer to get a discount.

Office Home and Student is perfect for my correspondence and documents. I've used this system for years and wouldn't have a computer without it. Very simple to use and includes many features from simple to complex. Great tutorial.

I got the Dell laptop and it works great. I am not used to a laptop so I am getting used to it now. I only ever had a desktop but no more. My grandson had to come over to my house to get everything set up for me. It is very nice.

This is a necessary evil for computers, just like car insurance. Have to have it but it is silly to have to buy this every single time. The updates on the annual membership really make no changes and Office 97 is still just as effective as this new stuff.

It is what I expect from Microsoft. I am glad that I have the purchased software now, rather than paying for a subscription since I am no longer in the business workforce. This was a great recommendation from my sales person.

I had an issue with the original lap top I bought which resulted in an exchange. unfortunately I had already installed/activated this on that first lap top. I contacted Microsoft for assistance and was able to easily switch it to the new laptop with in a few min.
