Office for Mac looks like normal and love it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My previous version of Office on the MAC looked nothing like the Windows version. So, updated to the new version and an extremely happy that it looks and acts like the Windows version. Did not need Outlook on my Mac, so the lower cost version was excellent.

Excellent choice for a Microsoft familiar user.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For the person who uses the and loves the Microsoft software, it is an excellent choice. If you have and use the Microsoft Word Suite software on your other computers, the setup is quite simple and fast. The is no learning curve required. I just love that.

Office Home and Student 2019
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like it, but I don't like having to save my documents in One Drive. The older versions allowed me to save them wherever I wanted to. One Drive in my opinion is a rip off because once you run out of space, you have to buy extra gigs to save your documents.

Updated Office
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I purchased my new computer I also purchased the newest version of Microsoft Office---which is compatable with what I use at school. I have access to Office 365 from school---but it does not have publisher---whi8ch I love using for many other projects

Excellent software.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently upgraded to a iMac from a Windows PC. I have always used Microsoft Office programs. The office programs for iMac are exactly the same as for the windows PC. There was no learning curve even though I was switching to a different operating system.

Matter of getting used to??
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess it's a matter of getting used to, especially with 10. They shouldn't have changed it so drastically. DVD/CD is vertical (up & down), not horizontal (flat down). Open/close button is difficult to see. States it includes "Built-in media reader for simple photo transfer. Supports Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, MultiMediaCard, SD, MultiMediaCardplus, SDHC and SDXC memory card formats." However, I could not locate it & by calling Geek Squad I was informed it does NOT have it. This feature is one of the reasons I selected this one. Description misleading. Also states "The Intel Core i3 processor and 8GB of RAM let you engage with intensive applications, while the DVD-RW drive lets you watch movies and install new programs." I haven't tried this yet. Not certain if I would recommend this one or not. Only 2 choices so o selected "Yes."

A very functional program for me at a good price.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this program much better than the Office 365 as I do not use many features that might benefit from regular updates. This works great for my normal uses of Excel and Word.

trouble setting up
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Working well so far. Too many apps that I do not care about. Set up to a certain point was fine. Then it took a tangent and I am not sure I have set up everything I need. Tried to contact HP and Best Buy. HP was useless, and Best Buy had a extremely long waiting time.

Office I Can Own!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to have my own copy of Office and not be on the treadmill of Office365 and having to purchase a new subscription every year. This fit the bill perfectly and has continued the stability I’m accustomed to using with Office products.

Easy software to use
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so far behind in my Office software. My last Office purchase was 2011. I was so afraid that the 2019 Office software would be difficult to use. I was wrong. It was easy to download and a lot easier to use than I had anticipated.

Best overall value.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It apparently had been a while since I purchased a computer. Now everything is an app and dowloaded, and many require yearly subscriptions fees. This product on the other otherhand will work for years just for the purchase price.( no subscriptions.)

No subscription required!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Get this to avoid a monthly subscription of their 360 product. Use it for years with free updates issued nearly monthly. Has all the basic programs needed in college and high school. Easy sets to a super fast download.

One time purchase
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am glad they brought back the one time purchase option instead of subscription. I bought this to update my 2008 edition. Very glad I did since the tutorial taught me a lot even though I have been using Word and Excel for many years.

Good old standby
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The home version of office is just as good as always. I immediately used word and excel to create some nametags for sfm occasion. Microsoft appears to be applying the tally good ideas very slowly now that they have stable platforms.

Posted .Hi Gary,

Office Home and Student
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Office Home and Student includes Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. I purchased mine for a MacBook Pro and love it. With this purchase there is no annual purchase to be made for unneeded upgrades. Couldn't do without it.

Does everything I need it to do
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Home and Student edition is just as powerful as the full blow versions we use at work. It does everything I need it to do and more. I am an accountant and work with huge spreadsheets and run macros all day. It works.

I'm no Geek
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the old Word 2007 or whatever it was on my old laptop. It also had Excel. o I know the basics. I now need an "Office 2019 for Dummies" to figure out the programs I don't know. It will take me some time to get proficient in all parts of this product.. I had a rough start--partly my fault. I bought the laptop and software online. I knew I would need a key code to access this product, which was already loaded on the laptop. But I couldn't find the car I was supposed to have with the code. It took 2 trips to the Best Buy store to even see what it looked like. They said look inside the bag (I did ) and inside the box the laptop came in. (I did.) Could find nothing. Turns out they had taped it to the outside of the laptop box, bending it over a corner partially obscuring what it was. If they hadn't shown me what one looked like in the store I may never had found it. Yes, I am no geek. :)
