The product was great, I use it everyday and if there is something I am unsure of I always can call geek squad and they step in and help me with no questions asked.

I admit I went without my Microsoft word for years trying to save money and now that I have it, I feel like I've been living without electricity! Don't even think about putting it off! Best purchase in 10 years!

Very user friendly. Good product. Spreadsheet is excellent. Word program excellent and if you need information, it is readily available both within the product and with online help.

Wouldn't have a pc with this software. It is robust and reliable. I like that there isn't an annual renewal or service fee. It is a one time purchase. Great product!

It was in the bundle getting Apple IMac! Highly recommend in any case to add it to your purchase! Unless you want to pay higher price to add it to your computer! Student discount??? Apple has it All in one!!!!

Microsoft Office products always work as well as they do. Some of the updates are not what I would've done if I were the developer, but what choice do we have?

After having a very old Microsoft office software, it was time to replaced due to not being comparable with my job office software. It works pretty good.

This is great for what we need, and if you don't care to have the latest version all the time then I'd buy it outright. Plus we found out if our laptop dies there is a way to transfer to another device.

I strongly recommend this product for personal use as well as if you are a student! I’m disappointed, however, the new laptops & desktops no longer come with this program and it has to be purchased separately!

I am not all that familiar with computers, however I found this product easy to install. With a little practice it is not hard to become proficient.The sales person was very helpful also and the price was competitive..

I didn't realize that I had purchased the one year version when I bought my new laptop. It was a surprise when it had expired but a wonderful surprise when I realized the permanent version was on sale.

My new computer didn't have an office program loaded. I hadn't paid attention to that when I purchased it, but decided I needed it so that I could work on school projects at home. It's a good program to meet my needs.

I had my Office home and school 2019 installed by The Geek Squad so there were no issues when I took my laptop home. And of course, everything worked perfectly; all of the programs are easily understood and easy to use.

Microsoft Office is top of the line when it comes to Word, Excel and Spreadsheet programs. This is a good product. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I would recommend it for anyone looking.

This is perfect for your basic use of office products and apps for home or work use. I personally didn't need the upgraded version and haven't had a need for that so I opted for what fits my needs.

Went to a stand alone version of Microsoft Office Home & Student. My middles schooler was having trouble with a previous version, so we upgraded. Works like expected, no problems, great product.

I purchased this item to have installed on my laptop for educational purposes. It is working well for myself and needs. I have owned this product for over 5 months. Great asset for schoole and office duties.

Only needed basic MS Word & Excel so the Office Home & Student 2019 software fit my needs. I also now receive MS updates so everything can be kept current. Had problems with the Office 2016 version where updates were attempted by MS but could not be uploaded on my computer.
