Microsoft Office 2019 Home & Student is very user friendly. The only complaint I have about it is that it is only licensed for personal use. If you want to pay $100 to be able to use it professionally, then you can buy a different suite. Or you can buy Publisher.

Difficult to download and install. Does not include Outlook which was always in the old packages. Should include Outlook that is compatible with old versions to transfer contacts.

This product is essential for those who use words and excel frequently. I tried to use the standard program that came with the macbook pro and unable to convert it to word or even copy and paste the document.

I needed to have this group of applications to use many of the word, excell, & PowerPoint documents that I had from my older computer running under Windows Vista OS. So far, I have had any issues with these files.

This version of MS Office is exactly what I need. I don't need all of the functions of the regular version, so I don't feel like I'm spending money on things I won't need.

I finally broke down and upgraded to MS Office 2019 from 2010. I found this new version very easy to use and recommend this product to everyone who needs to upgrade to a newer version of MS Office.

This package is the best basic you can get. Not keen on rental of anything and especially don't want to have to reset periodically. This gives me the best of both worlds. And it works too...

This is just what I needed to create occasional Excel and Word documents at home. It also includes PowerPoint and OneNote, but I haven’t tried those features yet. Installation was quick and simple.

I’ve been using Office since I was in High School and it has never let me down. Now, I’m back in school to get a Master’s degree and I know Office will Be very useful and I know it will not let me down.

Have always installed Microsoft Office/Word on any new PC I've owned. Word Pad is never sophisticated enough for me but I do wish that I could buy a cut down version of Office. Really do not need Excel or PowerPoint nor the high price of the complete suite of Microsoft Office.

I needed this for school. I am glad I bought the whole product rather than renewing it yearly. I find it is easier this way. I have always love this product and continue to do so. It is very easy to use!

I like the idea of having a word processor along with power point and the Excel spreadsheet. The new HP I got operates it quickly! Will be perfect for the writing and book keeping chores I have planned for the combo!

I got a new computer but did think to have office installed. I did not realize how much I relied on office software until I did not have it. I purchased and had Geek Squad install while I was in the store. Perfect

I enjoy this product very much. I have been using Microsoft software for about 40 years, and this product exceeds my expectations, just as other Microsoft products have over time.

It is very unfortunate that computers & laptops don’t automatically come with office but it is a must for me since I am currently in school as well as my children.

This package is exactly what i needed for my new windows 10 system. I make a lot of forms and documents for business use and this was designed for my home business needs. Highly reccommend!

If you are someone who keeps their computer a long time without upgrading to new operating systems every year, get this permanent license. If you like keeping absolutely up to date and will be using Office for years to come, consider the subscription.

It is what it is, as advertised. Purchased 12/09/2019 as part of a bundle with a new computer / monitor for personal use so I didn't have to use my employer's license. Easy download, no problems.

It was amazing how speedy this transaction occurred. I am pleased that I AGAIN chose Best Buy as I had dated documentation to take care of and with Microsoft Office it was accomplished

I love buying the service. I refuse to do subscriptions since I keep my devices till they fall apart. I do a lot of writing and excel/power point for work so this pays for itself.
