Another unnecessary upgrade to add costs.

One e-mail told me my computer was ready for pickup and the store hadn't even received it yet. Then it was supposed to go to the Geek Squad for program and security software to be loaded. I wa assured They would call me when my computer was ready for pickup. No call was made. Your Geek Squad representative was very helpful, the only shinning light on the entire process.
