Solid Product Failed Download Experience

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I assume the product is reliable, but downloading it is complicated and will likely end in you calling Microsoft support to get a new product key since you can only step through the install instructions once and you must complete them the first time. You can't restart using the same product key. I won't buy software from Bestbuy online again. 0 stars for best buy and 5 stars for Office average to 3.
