||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only issue I had was when downloading was that i had a prior version of Office on my computer and when i tried to download it on to my computer it would not download. I ended up calling Microsoft Support because i was not sure why it would not download. After talking to the tech for a couple of minutes i told him i had a previous version he told me that was the problem and he remotely uninstalled the previous version and downloaded the new version for me. I'm not computer savvy so i didnt know about having to uninstall the old version first.

I love that Word documents can be used on most computers, and I’m learning constantly about other advantages of Word: I downloaded a font that doesn’t work with all word processing programs, but it does with Word. Also looking forward to using Paint. So much new stuff to try. All that plus Excel and PowerPoint. WOW!
