Office 365 has so many great features.

The download went flawlessly and the product worked fine. However, I did have an issue with Microsoft itself. After 2 days, they announced they had a problem with my account, and things went sideways. Had I been hacked? Did I have a virus? Trying to reach Microsoft to see if it was really them was nigh unto impossible. I did finally get their attention somehow, and they eventually sent me a solution. All seems well now.
