The reason I had to buy a new Microsoft Office is because the one I bought in 2016 stopped working and the geniuses at geek squad couldn't properly install the repair. I going on my fourth year as a geek squad prepaid customer. There won't be a fifth. This is just the latest in a string of geek squad failures. Best buy used to be my "go to" store for electronics, but the last 6 months have shown me the error of my ways.
