Let's just say that I am glad a "one time" purchase is still available. I am not at all in to the subscription based software crap. I know that the subscription based software gets updated with new improvements. But then again, I am not a heavy user to care enough about that. If you are and are concerned about new improved updates, then I can respect that, I guess. But once you give up or decide not to subscribe any longer, then you lose your work.

If you are or you’ve a student at home, then get this product, always will be appreciated by everyone

I have found the Mew Microsoft word to be easily to adopt. I like the new additions for publication of my work as a Life Coach. Also, it is adaptable to my everyday work. My wife who doesn't like change has found the program to easily workable for here printing and line item needs. Overall I am very please with how the product is performing. I found the technical support when needed to be very cooperative, patient, understanding, and supportive. They were able to resolve my questions quickly and in a professional manner.

I love office suite but I have a big problem with Best Buy. The reason I had to buy a new Microsoft Office is because the one I bought in 2016 stopped working and the geniuses at geek squad couldn't properly install the repair. I going on my fourth year as a geek squad prepaid customer. There won't be a fifth. This is just the latest in a string of geek squad failures. Best buy used to be my "go to" store for electronics, but the last 6 months have shown me the error of my ways.

Needed to update Office as mine was out of date and also needed a second one for another computer. So far I am perfect satisfied with both items

I'm slowly learning how to use my office program. I like what I've been able to do so far one month in.
