If you have used it before then there are no surprises. I dislike completely that it is no longer offered on a disc and you have to pay for it yearly. Sorry but if you purchase a product you shouldn’t have to pay for it yearly. You should only need to buy it once. This is Microsofts way of continuing their sales. In time people will get tired of repaying for something multiple times

A good system for use at home.

This version is the “permanent” license version likely to be supported with updates for at least 2 more years, possibly longer. If you figure out the cost per year, this version can be a bit cheaper, but only by a little. Office is less of a requirement than it used to be, but it certainly can be more convenient than converting Word and Excel files as they come in or when you want to share your own work.
