Eight years ago or so, when I bought my last OFFICE, it seems Outlook was included. This time it wasn't. I don't want to rent it or store anything in the cloud. It took forever to find & BUY the Outlook. It's not right, it should be included.

Somewhat clumsy to use if you're accustomed to Windows software. All the features of the Windows version are there, you just have to learn how to do things slightly differently. (Example: Apple computers have no right mouse button.)

Bought and had geek squad install,, have had no problems with this app. would not buy digital again and would get disk that was out of stock. Store needs to restock their selections.

I have an ongoing problem: the cursor keeps jumping around and I don't know whether it is the fault of the computer or the Windows program...so it is difficult to rate this. I plan to see the Geek Squad to locate the source of the problem.

MS pricing plans are not very affordable. Why don’t they make the full suite available if you pay the one time price. Set up process can be convoluted and confusing. Consider Open Office as a much friendlier and economical alternative.

Purchasing Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 gave me peace of mind!. I couldn't create new or get into my existing documents. I made an appointment with the Geek Squad who discovered that the trial version on my computer had expired. I was presented with a couple of options - purchase a yearly subscription or install with a one-time purchase. I chose the latter. My computer is working just fine. I appreciate Best Buy and the Geek Squad for their excellent customer service.

It is great produce once loaded . Would have given it a 5 but I had to call Microsoft for help to download it as it did not work. took them 3 hours to do it while I head to sit in front of computer

I paid for lap top set up and full tec support. Although they installed the icons on my screen the program was not installed, the receipt did state it was installed but the set up was not finished.

This version was you a needed office package to my new computer, but it feels like the same old version of office 2016. Microsoft just know they can continue improving nothing and people will be forced to buy it.

I was somewhat satisfied with this product. First i struggled with the installation and then I also strugged with navigating the program. There were some features I could not find which were in the old Microsoft Office product

Bought two for two separate computers as the store was out of the package for the whole house. Had an issue setting up the second computer, but eventually got it rectified. Microsoft just needs to make these free already.

It's Microsoft Office Software ...woohoo! It does what it's suppose to do ... nothing more, nothing less, unless you count the random number generator that accurately picks Lotto numbers.

It's a bummer that laptops no longer come with built-in Microsoft office and that you have to buy this product but it works for what I need it to do - no bells and whistles Microsoft office functions - word, excel, powerpoint.

Can't figure out how to download the stuff onto my computer after you replaced the hard-drive and put it on an external hard-drive. I have no option but to recommend you...your the only game in town to fix it.

This version of Office makes saving documents on external devices and other platforms much harder as you have to browse and search them. Useful to have various templates to prepare documents but a bit cumbersome to use.

Not pleased with the ability to down load - not at all user friendly. Also, you pay for it but if you have more than one laltop its a royal pain to get it on the second one.

I already have Office 2007 and felt it was about time to get an upgrade to Office 2019. The update process went very smooth and allowed me to have both versions of Office on the same computer. However some of the new features(?) of Office 2019 are not improvements, for example that any Excel file you receive in an email is automatically protected. You either have to manually unprotect the file or go the Excel options to change the default. Searching for new files is more cumbersome than the old version. So far I have not seen any features that would make me upgrade again.

It keeps asking me to verify my account. I bought it and installed it through my account. It should be verified already !? but each time I try to use excel or word, it keeps asking me to verify!?

The fact that we still have to pay for micro at word and such is terrible. Also a prepaid card to download it on to a computer is dumb when you have to go to the website to down load is anyway.
