Duplicate Microsoft software license charge

Receipt #04590640362 dated 7/14/21. Upon registration of software product key it was found to be only for annual versus lifetime license which required me to purchase from Microsoft directly separately. Still trying to resolve double license charge

You may find that with all your devices Office 365 is a better fit since one subscription allows you to install Office on all your devices.
