Use it mostly with the Excel and Word. Still trying to figure out some of the changes. Since I am retired, I don't use it as much as I used to.

Necessary evil since the world seems to run on Microsoft products but the whole thing of having to re-buy a program every year is ridiculous! Also is a water-downed version of the actual Office products that Microsoft used to offer. Why do I need to keep updating a simple program like Outlook every year? Microsoft has figured out another way to take money from the consumer and offer us....??

Why did they take away Outlook.. really? This product includes Word, Excel and PowerPoint. That's it.. it should also include Outlook.

I have not tried to use it yet. To busy trying to figure out the new software of the computer for things I need to be able to do.

Works fine, don’t like how Microsoft does the yr to yr thing so I bought the pay it and own it version #?!$!! Why!!!! I miss it as was before

Liked the price, one time fee, but you get what you pay for. Miss the Outlook email portion that I had with Windows 7.

I don't like the double screen MS word has. The old MS word only showed one open page and this one has two and it's so distracting.

Their product as they determine it should be. Good, but it could be better if they would want to hear from their customers.

For some reason the key did not work, had to call Microsoft a it was associates with an email already.

While installing this software, I received an error and to contact support. So I started a chat session with whom I thought was a Microsoft support agent. It turns out this person sent my case to a third party “buddy” who claimed my brand new computer had a virus BoT and proceeded to install their firewall software for an annual fee. I contacted the Geek squad who verified this was an ongoing scam and happens all the time. Best Buy helped me out and I was able to get a new system and software replacement done by them. Beware of and be sure you are dealing with a legitimate Microsoft agent.

Works as advertised and easy set up but just not happy it’s not included as standard on my new laptop (but crappy virus protection is)

I am very pleased to have Office on my new Lenovo laptop but surprised and disappointed that Access has been unbundled from it.

Had to purchase as I could not load my Office Professional 2010 on computer due to Microsoft Corp policies. Evidently they are trying to get everyone away from outright purchased products and attempting to force owners of older versions in to yearly subscriptions. The only product I could purchase outright was Home and Student. Thanks Microsoft

Don't really know what it does. Was just told I had to have it with the computer I bought. First computer.

Over all the product seems to be good you need to have computer knowledge to be fluent with all aspects.

Usual Office products, usual stylistic updates; wish a more complete set of Office tools could be purchased for the same price.

Purchased this software on the same day as an "open box" laptop at Best Buy. Software wouldn't install. Message was "product key already used." I tried contacting microsoft. Big waste of time, their chatbot accused me of stealing my product key. Nowhere to send receipt copy to prove purchase. Best Buy was not any help resolving the problem either. So... I'm out $150.00. The laptop didn't have license for Windows10 either, just a sticker on bottom. BUYER BEWARE! IF YOU USE GOOGLE BUY A CHROMEBOOK!

if you have to use Excell and Word - then this make sense. Prefer Mac's version but need these for word.

Not user friendly--- in particular Excel-- I need to call GEEK squad in the hope that they can help me with excel.
