But now, Microsoft has dropped Outlook from this version and I have no way to import my old, saved emails from my old laptop. Now, Microsoft wants you to subscribe to one of their premium Office products with a re-occurring annual fee.

Thanks for the review. In the future if you are looking for a version of Office 2019 with Outlook included you may want Office Home and Business 2019.

I still have to make more until the job is complete.

There seemed to be a conflict between this stand alone product and the preinstalled trial version of the annual license fee-based one. Had to enter manually that key several times to get this to work... Par for their course...

But I got an error message saying that the key doesn't begin with "N". I tried to return the card but the manager wouldn't refund me because I had already scratched off the layer covering the product key. How are you supposed to input the key without uncovering it?

Not Compatible with HP

The computer and program were purchased together and supposed to work but after many hours on the phone with technical support I was told even though they are advertised as working together they do not. Neither Best Buy nor Microsoft will issue me a refund. Now I am stuck with a HP computer that will not work with Microsoft Office.
