Not a happy camper!

This one is automatically connected to the one-drive cloud which I hate! It also has many invasive pop ups that I find irritating! It also seems to take longer to navigate. I just want a simple old fashioned office so that I can type letters and do business! I believe they have made this more complicated then it needs to be!

I can not find a person to help with the installation. Lots of artificial bots but no people. Thanks Microsoft for not supporting your product.

About the same to work with as my old system

I want a CD! Plus it's only good for a year. I followed directions and thought I would no longer get expiration notices. It worked the first day, but the next the notice returned. Very frustrating.
