Best Buy Geek Squad member sold us wrong product.

He even downloaded what they thought was for email. When I called back to state we were having issues getting the email to come thru, I was told Outlook was not included in this package. I went back to the store to return and was told very unprofessionally that he did not remember us and it was not his fault even though he was the one who picked out the software, software was not returnable once downloaded even though they made the mistake.

Don’t like changes to Word
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would ordinarily give a Microsoft product 5 stars. But I am disappointed with the changes to WORD. Now I have to go into Finder to find documents I want to work on or print out. I don’t like the changes to the tool bars either. Grrr! In addition, I lost my old Outlook file with my contacts. I am recreating it in a paper index. So much for trying to go paperless. Finally, I would not have gone to the new version but I was getting messages that documents were not compatible with the 64-bit changes adopted by Apple.

OK for Word
