However, the product key did not work and after talking to a Microsoft Representative - I went back to Best Buy and explained our problem. We did not have the product to exchange it as it was in South Korea. Thankfully a supervisor in Best Buy was able to verify that the product had not been activated and exchanged it for us. Kudos to Best Buy!!!

Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019

Took a while to figure out how to find my saved files. Once I figured out their system, I liked how (in Excel and Word) it lists all the documents that I have worked on, instead of having to go to several different locations to find and retrieve them. One downside is that they do not have a family pack. Still too soon to know if I like all the new features.
