I told you my name is Kim French and yet you continue to call me Camille. I would think with me buying this computer and asking your employees on your 800 number as well as in the stores to change their somebody could get it done however, it is not done yet.

Had to get a new email address to install...installed, but printer will not operate. Of course the run around phone loop at Microsoft doesn’t with human beings.

I decided to return it. I can't believe that a computer doesn't come with some basic software such as Office. The computer price was large enough for me and I could not afford to keep this overpriced software.

Missing Outlook

If you purchased Office Home & Student 2019 you should have a fully-installed version of Outlook. We encourage you to look through our installation guide for instructions on how to get Outlook on your device: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/download-and-install-or-reinstall-office-365-or-office-2019-on-a-pc-or-mac-4414eaaf-0478-48be-9c42-23adc4716658.

Extremely difficult installation.

The code supplied via on-line never worked. I tried but could not get any person in BestBuy to talk to me. Please consider providing CD.

Really bad experience!!!! I don’t want repeat it!!

The way she told me things and policies wasn’t nice and was very rude. No one expects that kind of employees in shy business.
