I bought this download and it quit working after a month. It gives me an error now that I have not purchased Microsoft Office. I cannot use any features without repurchasing it

The cost of the product for what you get is a little steep.

Not a fan of paying for Microsoft Office. These should be free.

Would not install. Hired Geek Squad they did the same things I had done and said it was a problem for Microsoft. I eventually over three weeks cleaned up the install mess and worked through some Windows 10 issues and completed the install. What a mess.

It’s merely a few weeks outside of the warrantee period and will no longer boot. Asus wont help either. I used to be a hardcore Asus/BB fan; however I’m thinking that a computer shouldn’t cost me over $800 for one year of service.

My Mac got one week delayed. Had none of the programs I bought installed. I was told this laptop was good for school work, then when it lagged and I took it to geek squad they told me this was not a good laptop for school work.

unsatisfied with separate program purchase. unsure if it is downloaded or not. keeps popping up to activate...when i see the programs in the laptop....dont like it

Wouldn't install and gave a phone number to call. When I called, was told my computer had a Ransomware that prevented it from being installed and I needed to pay $499.00 to clean up the Ransomware and to install and I also had to subscribed to McAfee.

Will not sync 1 tb of included Onedrive space with microsoftaccount, instead gives me only the basic 5gb. Haven't had time to troubleshoot this but could really use it since computer was purchased for home music production applications.

This was a terrible purchase the person helping me said this would work with the computer that I bought my son but it wasn’t actually compatible. This was a waste of $100.

I like the older windows excel on my PC much better.

I felt that the advertising was deceptive. It was not clair that the product was just an instruction training disc. Best Buy was fabulous in their customer service and took it back. Very happy with Best Buy

Unable to use this product on my new computer which I had to exchange at best buy for another computer, exact same, as first computer was defective. I would like my account credited for this software!

I installed the MS Office s/w when I first rec'd the PC. But if the PC isn't behaving the way it should, what good is MS Office? Not only does my PC not work, but I can't use the installed Office that I paid $100 for.

I ordered a computer and Microsoft office with a product key for my son's Christmas present, went to install the microsoft and it was invalid states identity key does not exist. Also contacted Microsoft and they say it was invalid too.

I am a causal user of the MS Office products dating back several years. I've had limited previous experience with Word, Power Point and Excel both on MAC and Windows operating systems. First: Installation. After logging in to the MS account, it went fairly smoothly although it did take some time at my internet speed to download the program. Nevertheless, it was accomplished on one setting and it downloaded and worked. Second: It's a perpetual subscription, no annual fee or renewal costs although it lacks updates and new features offered on their subscription services. It also lacks Outlook, Publisher and Access applications and it limited to download on just one device. Hopefully MS will continue to offer this type of service for those who need only the "basic" or "essential" applications. Third: importing files from previous version was no problem and it went smoothly. Fourth: It contains the essentials: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote. My experience with Word, Power Point, Excel was intuitive based on experience with prior versions. The spell check and grammar check functions work well. Summary: It was a welcome update to the previous versions, remained intuitive with new features for those who want to explore and build on the classic use.

Version 2019 does more than 200 but is unwieldy. Takes six clicks to do what could her done in one. Lots. Of needless flexibility. Also support instruction on the rare occasion they can be found are obscure and ineffectual.
