||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought Microsoft Office Home & Student along with a laptop at Best Buy and shipped it to our son who is in the military and stationed in South Korea. However, the product key did not work and after talking to a Microsoft Representative - I went back to Best Buy and explained our problem. We did not have the product to exchange it as it was in South Korea. Thankfully a supervisor in Best Buy was able to verify that the product had not been activated and exchanged it for us. Kudos to Best Buy!!!

This was the first time I downloaded the software instead of installing it from a disc as I'd always done. I had trouble installing it and I had to contact a tech at Microsoft to get it installed. I wish this software was available on a disc, which would make it a lot easier to install.
