I knew the other was being phased out but thought I could continue working as I had been, So I was glad to learn this, just hadn't expected that cost And, this version is so different I have had a difficult moving around in it and knowing what I am doing. However, my service man was helpful in all other situations. He did take more time than allotted since no one was waiting, I do wish appts. were scheduled longer.
