My sister passed away one (1) year ago and she was the professional. With that being said, I'll have to learn to do professional letters myself. With the amazing Pavilion I have purchased, along with an i7 processor, I should be fine; esp. with the Geek Squad Membership I purchased. My brain will be a sponge towards any information they give me. Upward and forward I go world. Thank you, Best Buy

It does go on sale once in awhile, but the savings may not be worth the wait. Once installed, you will want to start using this now. Not only for students or work related projects, you will find many things to use this for home projects.

Thus far performing well and able to read my 2010 Word & Excel Documents that have been transferred to my new HP Envy PC. Been using for last 2 weeks on new PC. Would recommend MS Office Home & Student Edition unless user requires more functionality by upgrading to Business Edition. But H&S Edition does everything I need.

I was mistaken. Rather than beating my head against the wall, I opted to make that dreaded phone call to get help. Yes, it took a while to get results...the people helping me ran into the same issues I had. It was rather gratifying to see I wasn’t alone in my frustration. Eventually, all worked out and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The built in Tutorial was of great assistance. I purchased the Keycard as a one time/one device transaction as it suits my needs perfectly compared to re-upping annually. Great product, especially on my Macbook. And Best Buy does Price Match. Love 'em!
