The gentleman who works in the computer area had me bring my computer in. He hooked it to a monitor and show me how to down load it. He was very helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and gave lot of helpful tips to my husband and I. I can not remember his name but maybe he will remember us.

I enjoy using the Microsoft Office products, but not enough that I would get one that requires a yearly subscription to use it.

Needed for classes

Very easy for my grandson to install and invaluable for his education.The salesman was very knowledgeable and patient with us .All in all a very pleasant purchase.I am a repeat customer and will absolutely return to Best Buy again.

Microsoft Office - Do Better

I'm disappointed that this purchase is only the 2019 version. I'm not sure if I like everything going to Microsoft 365 and having to pay a yearly subscription fee. Microsoft needs to do better. You shouldn't have to pay a yearly subscription fee for the basic necessities of Word and Excel. Otherwise, the product works as described.
