We had a rough start with not being able to get the remote open to put the batteries in but finally got it all set up. Set up is tome consuming and you must have another device to set it all up. Frustrating for a couple of old people who are not tech savvy. We're still learning what the TV will do. Wish they had an Owners Manual.
