What you expect .. It works

I didn't want to buy the monthly product where I have to keep paying every single month for the rest of my life so I opted for this one time payment product. It's all I'll ever need until the next time I buy a new computer. Word perfect is about all I really wanted but you get everything else with it obviously. No issues.

Word and Excel are great and so far Windows 10 seems to be user friendly. If you like to play Solitaire or other games that come with this, keep in mind this version has ads that pop after playing three games each time. These ads ask you purchase a premium package at $1,99 a month to stop the ads. Very annoying!

Windows Office Installed by Geek Squad

Had it a month now and it is just what the doctor ordered. It was installed by Geek Squad under the Total Tech Support Plan. Both are definitely worth the money. Easy peasy. Great support through Geek Squad. Like having your very own IT Department.

The code was secreted in a way that it wasn't viewable by the general public, which made me feel like a spy when I logged in and use it. The code magically turned my laptop from an expensive brick to a document producing machine.
