Pricey but required

This is a one time purchase but you will not get free updates to the new Microsoft office products every year, whereas the Office 365 annual subscription option does. Anyway, this is expensive but there really is not a great alternative to Office that is widely accepted and at least Word and Excel are required for pretty much any school work or work work type of assignments you may have. It does work well and is pleasant to use.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I forgot the info I used to register the code so it’s my fault, but I feel like they put too much security on trying to get that information back. If there was a way for me to just provide the proof that the code I bought is mine and have them provide the info I used to register it, that would be great. Other than that, it’s your usual Microsoft office product.

I use it on my main desktop computer. it is not transferable to other laptops or devices which is what I wanted. It is a one time cost and not an annual fee. Only hassle was it requires a Microsoft account to begin the process of installing it. This is a Microsoft issue and not a Best Buy issue!

This particular item is not subscription-based so you can very easily have this for the life of the machine that you put it on. This is very affordable and works perfectly with any machine within manufacture of the last four years

I am not a "techy" person, so I need something easy to use.... This computer "fits my needs". It is also very light weight to carry.... I am very satisfied with this product, the Best Buy sales/service, and the Geek Squad who transferred all my data from my old computer to my new laptop.
