These components complements my new computer and I am very pleased with them.

I am a Mac user. I have no issues with this product. It works as well as the older versions. I was required to get the latest version of Microsoft Office so I could continue to use Microsoft Office products on my computer after an iOS update. The newer versions of iOS are not compatible with the older versions. That aspect is the frustrating part.

This version of Microsoft office is way more user friendly for Mac users. I found that to download and upload previous versions took forever and involved several long processes. This was quick, easy and painless. And it’s great to use!! I’m a big fan and I’m SO happy that I upgraded from the previous 2011 version.

This product is a necessity for work and school projects and reports.

Set up new laptop installing microsoft software and instructed user how to operate efficiently. Great help with positive attitude by Geek Squad staff person. I (and my family) will continue to use these services and invite friends to avail themselves of Best Buy products and services also.

The card in theory should work well, however I was sold the MAC card accidently by the sales associate working with me which is incompatible. I should of read it first. Now in order to use the card which we have entered into the system I need to bring into store. Not stores fault but my lack of understanding.

easy to buy but not to install. as a previous user of office 365 it was hard to get the system to download this item. maybe someone very tech savvy could have done it quicker but I followed all given instructions (not many) and had to go round in circles to finally install it. after all that it works just fine so far.

I failed to notice this purchase option comes without Microsoft Outlook which we are used to for our email. Otherwise, this software package provides the solution for our basic home computing needs. As a result, we later purchased Outlook separately, downloaded and installed it.

Yes, there are MS OIffice knock-offs out there, but there are always limitations, missing features and not the same functionality. Make sure you are aware of the differences between Office and Office 365. MS Office is for one specific machine... a one time purchase... Office 365 is licensed to YOU..so you can use it wherever your Microsoft account is.. plus you can use it on your phone etc...BUT..there is an annual renewal fee

You get the basics without having to pay for a subscription. I don't mind subscriptions for some things but it seems like that's the default model for everything. If I were using this regularly or weekly, I might be willing to pay monthly, but I'll use these programs sparingly. So with that in mind, this home/student edition works great and is more cost effective.

I've been working with 2010 for a long time now on the laptop I bought in high school, so this is great to have. I don't understand why people pay for 365 monthly honestly, the one time buy works just fine and gives all the programs I need! Plus they were having a great sale on it on Black Friday which made the purchase even better.

I love my new computer!!!! It works great and I got a good deal on it. I also got a nice bag to put it in and keep it safe. Best Buy has alot of computers to choose from and the salesman was very help full he listened to me and recommended the right computer for me.

I wanted to have the particulars of the basic MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT, OneNote) for a single device and a FULL LICENSE...not a renewal year-over-year. Look at the back of the product cards in the store to make sure you're getting the right version of these products for your use before you buy - with a price for this of $149.99, even with a bundle discount, it's not cheap, which costs you a star.

Purchased because it’s the only option for work. Downloaded/installed, and it won’t work unless I upgrade to Windows 10...which is another expense. However, I AM able to use Office Suite by paying a monthly charge WITHOUT upgrading—so what gives? This is a problem with Microsoft, not Best Buy. Their service was great.

Over office products. Have used them all yet but so far so good.

Office suite offers everything I need for my home office.

This edition was just what I needed. I use Word and Excel weekly and have started using Power Point almost as frequently. I just didn't need the other items in the bigger packages. Also, I preferred to purchase rather than subscribe to a yearly fee as I was the only user, on one computer. So far I am well pleased.
