Thought I could use it as a stand in for my Turtle Beach. I was so wrong. My friends could not hear me unless I yelled. the microphone had to be almost in my mouth. I am bringing it back for a refund.

even though i dont have it yet i still love it i've used one before.

When this product works it's ok, unfortunately they always break. I have gone through 3 of these already. Do not buy this product!

with the volume control and mute on the connection piece to the controller. The new ones are horrible and barely even work.

I've been buying these for years now, and yes, they break after about 3 weeks. I've gotten maybe 30 of them over time, seem to have a similar lifespan. It's really apparent how cheaply made they are, as when it dies, its NEVER from physical damage, it looks like i just took it out of the box, but it just stops working at random. I don't want to buy a wireless one, but i do want one made by Microsoft- specifically for the xbox 360, so this is my only option unfortunately.....

I have bought at least 3 of these and every one stops working after about a month. Piece of junk basically. Just get the wireless one. Much better.

Okay, Your Standard Xbox HeadSet, Good if your not a HardCore Gamer. Unlike Me, Im on my Fourth One! Yea, 4 of them.. They All Broke. Its Made out of some bad plastic. that will snap if you put a little pressure on it. if you overuse the head set, the mic will just Buzz and people cant hear anything exept this anoying Buzzing.. Headphone part will brake too.. Just bad for a casual/ HardCore Gamer.

I have been through 4+ of the Microsoft headseats. They just don't use quality parts and eventually they break down. Sometimes its the mic other times its the speaker....eventually it will fail you.

I just bought this today, and I am very angry. The one that came with my xbox was different but a bit of the same. I have had it for 3 years. It is finally breaking down on me. So I went to Best Buy and bought this one. It doesnt even work. People hear me, but I dont hear anything

its a great headset, but cheaply made!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had one of these and it broke so i bought a new one. the new one broke a week later. these mics have a lot of lag and don't work to well and make lots of echo when you talk to others. i prefer the wireles mic.

If this headset is going to be used on a regular basis, invest in a more expensive one. Grandson is on the 5th headset since last February. We finally got smart and started saving the receipt to bring it back.

This was broke in the first week my son had received.. The entire ear piece fell apart. As soon as I am recovered from my surgery, it is going to be returned to the store.

Headset didn't work and I had already thrown out the receipt and packing slip, so I was stuck with it.

For me it was hard to learn to put on i still cant figure how to put it on

had to return in less than 3 weeks - - as it did not work all the time.
