    When my laptop would not power on, I was "oh no, have a ruined another laptop?", however, I went to my Gresham, OR Best Buy and within minutes, my Geek Squad agent figured out my power cord wasn't working. Thank God, I would rather buy a new power cord than a new laptop. I will not buy a computer any where else as long as Geek Squad is available

    My charger that came with my surface was very rigid and not flexible. This charger has a notably softer cord- only time will tell if it holds up to the daily course of connecting and disconnecting and storing the charger. I feel Microsoft should have credited me for their initial design.

    I had my original one less than a year. Something was bent or broken? Who knows. Anyway it wasn’t covered under my one year warranty so I had to replace this very expensive “accessory”. It’s necessary - just short lived and expensive to replace.
