Good, excellent, light charger, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a product that I purchased in order to replace a bad power source for my tablet. I thought the pricing was a bit high, but the system works and has given me the ability to use my table consistently when visiting with clients. I would purchase again but would prefer a lower price.

After 2 years and lots of rough treatment...it was time to replace my computer cord/charger! The Best Buy staff made the purchase easy and seamless! Since my device is older they even tested the cord to make sure that it would work! I was also able to use my Best Buy Member points to offset the cost, which is a bit pricey.

Had to buy a new once after 7 months of owning the charger than came with the laptop. Not great quality. Expensive for a charger and doesn't have a strong magnet to hold the charger in place when charging.

Needed a new charger for my Surface Pro. My college age daughter used and abused it to the point the cord frayed by the magnetic clip. Everything worked out well. Surface Pro working great. I couldn’t be happier. Great sales representative. Was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes.

When my youngest daughter needed a replacement charger, we were pleased to find it at our nearest Best Buy. We received quick service from a very knowledgeable employee and returned home for completion of her assignments that evening.

This cable works great but I still find it ridiculous that both apple and PC still use these terrible power adapters. The cable end that connects into the block gets frayed and I'm sure they could make stronger cables if they didn't want to get 50.00 bucks+ out of you everytime they fail.
