Good looking keyboard

The box it came it in was nice and as a Microsoft product, the installation was plug and play. I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the keys they feel a bit rough on my fingers and they clicking is not ideal. For such a premium product (based on the price) I think they could have tested it a bit more. The ergonomic aspect of it is nice, and it doesn't feel any different than typing on a different keyboard.

It was very easy to set-up. I personally don't care for the separate number pad it and it seems to easily get in the way. There is also a small plastic shelf to raise it up and that doesn't fit very well. Otherwise is well made and had good action.

I find that it periodically disconnects and randomly re-connects. I can re-start my computer to re-connect but I would appreciate a more consistent connection. This may be due to the fact that my laptop is a Mac. Other than that, extremely comfortable and useful! Has made working from home much easier and have noticed no pain in my hands or wrists since purchasing!

The keyboard is exactly what I have at work so it's just rifgh for home use. I don't use the mouse because it's not a good ergonomic fit. I use the Logitech MX, which is more comfortable to me. Also, I'm not sure if it's the keyboard, my home set up or both but sometimes the keys stick and/or non responsive for 5-10 seconds. Annoying but not a deal breaker

People who grew up on a laptop will probably REALLY like it. But, I REALLY don't like the modern (laptop like) key action. The keys have very little texture. Older, plug-in, keyboards have concave key tops for fingers to rest in. I touch type. The smooth, minimal action of the keys means my hands get lost on the keyboard.

USB Can Be Faulty if you remove it a lot
