I started by looking for a bigger mouse that would be easier on my hand. I realized that a better keyboard would also help. So when I saw this at Best Buy I played with it for a few minutes. I found it to be much more comfortable. I am very pleased with it and after using it for 2 weeks, I can tell the difference at the end of the day. If you use a computer all day, I would highly recommend this Keyboard and mouse to lessen the strain on your forearms, wrists and hands.
