This device has been working well and goes well with my standing desk setup. The mouse sometimes seems to get stuck, but overall this device has been working fine and feels like premium quality deserving of the price.

    Comfortable Ergo Keyboard

This keyboard is one of the best I’ve had. Keys are easy to press and in good position. I really like the detached number pad, as well. I don’t use the mouse, because I have a gaming mouse, but I checked it out and it works well. I prefer a smaller mouse for my use.

Great design but issues staying connected

I bought a new desktop computer and picked out this Microsoft ergonomic wireless USB keyboard and mouse set. I was disappointed because it would not load the driver when I turned on the computer. I had to do many changes like the location of the USB adapter on the desktop but in the end it was an ongoing issue. I finally returned the item and purchased another brand which has had zero issues. I cannot recommend this product as much as I like the design.

Overall good product. Main complaint is there appears to be no caps lock indicator. If there was an option to give half stars would probably have given 4.5. This is the second one we've bought the other we have had for over a year.

Love this keyboard because of the split keys layout. I do not use the numeric keypad so it is a small footprint I do not like the mouse because I'm left-hand mouser so I use a different mouse.

Comfortable nice keyboard. My hands get to rest on the wrist pad and I can place the number pad wherever I like. The mouse is a little weird at first but I got used to it.

My husband bought this for me as a present. The keyboard seems pretty comfortable but the mouse was so high that it was uncomfortable to get my hand around it and use. I had to go back to my old mouse and use an extra USB port

I purchased this for my wife for her home office and she absolutely loves the keyboard! I can't type to save my life so I really don't have a dog in the hunt, but I do use the mouse:-) it was super easy to set up and easily switches between laptops.

I had some wrist pain when I first started using this mouse - very large and not sure if I am just trying to get used to the appropriate position... will give this some more time.

negatives - #pad is separate from keyboard - top keys on the keyboard aren't activated by "shift key" instead a switch needs to be flipped every time. OTHER than that it was worth the buy

Keys work great, the separate keypad is nice as you can move it out of the way if needed. Mouse is very comfortable. Replaced my original Microsoft ergo keyboard with this one, loved it so much bought another for work.

My one complaint is the lack of a light to indicate that i am using capital letters. Just seems like it always happens when i'm entering a password. I will also mention that i do not use the detached number keyboard.

This keyboard is great. At first I had a little bit of trouble getting my fingers on the correct letters. Now I have adapted so well that when I use a normal keyboard I am situating my fingers on the wrong keys and it just feels wrong.

The keyboard and mouse are comfortable. After using the keyboard for couple weeks, it stopped working. Contacted Microsoft tech support, and they helped me updated the driver for the WIFI driver, and the keyboard worked again. So far so good.

Even the keyboard says it will work with a IMac & doesn't Not work and causes problems trying to delete the programs that it self installed. So if you have a PC it works out great . So I would recommend this keyboard.

I was shopping around for a new keyboard and happened to come across this product. I was lucky to find such a product because when it comes to technical products, I'm a tough sale. What really helped the purchase of this product was the salesperson at Bestbuy! Thank you very much blue shirt!!!

This keyboard is everything to me. The detached calculator makes working from home a breeze and I wouldn't be able to live without it. I've only had to replace the batteries once so far on each item and they all work flawlessly with win.10

Hey it looks nice. But the wrist rest is cloth and will get dirty. The mouse is not ambidextrous which is unfortunate as I am left handed.

      Hello,

Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback about the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Wireless Keyboard & Mouse. To help with keeping your keyboard looking nice for years to come, we recommend using a mild soap and damp cloth to gently clean the wrist rest. We'll also pass this along to the rest of our team regarding an ambidextrous mouse.

      Best,

      Heather
