The "0" key on the number pad keeps sticking.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The "0" key on the number pad keeps sticking. Other than that problem the Key Board is fine. However, since I use the number pad a lot at work that is a big problem. The mouse is very nice however.

Not compatible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I hooked up the mouse and keyboard to my computer but it wasn't compatible. I had to return the unit and buy a different one. I like the way it looked and the feel of it wish I could've used it.

Get ready to replace it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to love this so bad. its SO comfortable and ergonomically so great! The bummer is it only lasts about 1 year with regular use. To spend the amount of money they are asking for this, you'd need to double that to get Geek Squad replacement and be prepared to have an annual run to BB to get your new one. I mean hey, that's not a bad idea, but doesn't bode well for a good review on Value and quality.

Doesn't work w/IMac
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I had a PC then it would work; but not on IMac. Liked it but had problems connecting to it and messed up with my iMac keyboard; makes it sounds not work and the mouse Doesn't work right.

Hard to manage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The layout and the split of the keyboard makes it very uncomfortable I know you have to get used to it but the formatting of the keys just makes it hard to type

DO NOT BUY IF YOU CARE ABOUT SUPPORT
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got off the phone with Microsoft and was just trying to replace the RF receiver that comes with this group. After my call being dropped twice after 17 minutes and 33 minutes respectively, I was finally connected to someone on the third attempt to promptly be told there is nothing they can do to assist. That there is no way to replace any of the pieces of this unit if they stop working. They are all hard coded together and none of the pieces can be repaired or replaced. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK! I learned a very expensive lesson, I will be moving back to Logitech or some other ergonomic keyboard in the very near future!

Comfortable, but had a few issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Typing just letters on this keyboard was quite comfortable, but some of the other commonly used keys are in awkward position forcing me to relearn their positions. I didn't like it but I tried to deal with it. The deal breaker for me was the connection issues for my set up. I was getting interference causing the keyboard to randomly miss key presses. So before I got too used to the odd layout, I ended up returning it and getting a standard wired keyboard with nice clicky mecha keys.

title
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It disconnects from the computer without reason. The number pad needs to attached to the keyboard like your older models. The separate number pad gets pushed around too much, and it not being at the same elevated height as the keyboard is very frustrating. I wish my old Microsoft keyboard did not finally quit on me after 10 plus years.
